Project Background
This is a complete stationary gold ore crushing and processing project located in South Africa local mining area. The customer is a local large gold mine owner, who needed a full-set crushing line to process raw gold rock ore, improve gold liberation rate and increase final recovery efficiency. The required stable output is 100 tons per hour, suitable for long-term 24-hour continuous outdoor mining operation, adapting to harsh high-temperature and dusty mine site environment.
Production Line Configuration & Flow
The whole production line adopts two-stage closed-circuit crushing design. Equipped with heavy-duty vibrating feeder, primary jaw crusher, fine cone crusher, circular vibrating screen and belt conveyor system. Raw gold ore is evenly fed into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing, then transported to cone crusher for medium and fine crushing. After screening, qualified fine ore materials are directly sent to the next grinding and gold separation process, meeting the standard feeding particle size requirements of ball mill equipment.
